Check-out by 11am
Flexible Check in times if other reservations do not conflict. If required discuss before booking, nominal fee may apply
No Smoking in unit or building. (violation subject to $250 fine)
Pets welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.
No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation
Fireplace is not for guests use
Do not sit on furniture in wet bathing suits, towels or while covered in sunscreen
Bath towels are not to be used at the dock
Bring trash up from dock each night as animals will get into it
Be considerate of the neighbors and keep the noise down after 11pm
Local area residents with 0 reviews are not allowed to book the property and those with reviews must first be approved for stay and host may require a security deposit.
Unit must be booked by guest over 21 years old.
No loud music/noise. Volume should be restricted to acceptable indoor levels. Quiet times after 11p (Sunday-Thursday) and 12a (Friday-Saturday)
Familiarize yourself with fire and safety evacuation exits and procedures
Any spills or damage shall be reported immediately; we understand mistakes happen, but would like to assist you with cleanup if necessary.
Guest who confirmed the reservation is the responsible party for any damages or fines incurred.
Upon Dparture
Patio cushions need to be put in laundry room
Ladders at the dock need to be up and locked
Report any issues or broken items
Turn off all lights, ceiling fans and televisions.
Close all blinds and Curtains
Set the AC to 85 in the summertime. Set furnace to 55 in the winter time
Turn off all lights, fans and the TV’s
Return property to the state it was when you arrived
I just ask that you treat the house as if it were your own and please take your shoes off at the door and be considerate of the neighbors. Other than that just kick back and enjoy yourself and let me know how I can make it a 5 star stay.
