House Rules

Check-out by 11am Flexible Check in times if other reservations do not conflict. If required discuss before booking, nominal fee may apply No Smoking in unit or building. (violation subject to $250 fine) Pets welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds. No parties or gatherings. The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well. Local area residents (Kansas City, MO and surrounding area) with 0 reviews are not allowed to book the property and those with reviews must first be approved for stay and host may require a security deposit. Unit must be booked by guest over 21 years old. No loud music/noise. Volume should be restricted to acceptable indoor levels. Quiet times after 11p (Sunday-Thursday) and 12a (Friday-Saturday) Familiarize yourself with fire and safety evacuation exits and procedures Any spills or damage shall be reported immediately; we understand mistakes happen, but would like to assist you with cleanup if necessary. Guest who confirmed the reservation is the responsible party for any damages or fines incurred. Return property to the state it was when you arrived I just ask that you treat the house as if it were your own and please take your shoes off at the door and be considerate of the neighbors. Other than that just kick back and enjoy yourself and let me know how I can make it a 5 star stay.

The Hyde Park neighborhood, in midtown Kansas City, is located between the Country Club Plaza and downtown, and is just minutes away from the Plaza, the Nelson and Kemper museums, Crown Center, the Crossroads Arts District and all the entertainment and cultural amenities the city has to offer.
