Pets welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet per month for long term stays
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.

No parties or gatherings above 8 people without approval explicitly from host.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well. If this rule is broken everyone will be asked to leave and the reservation will be ended with no refund.

Local area residents (Kansas City, MO and surrounding area) with 0 reviews are not allowed to book the property and those with reviews must first be approved for stay and host may require a security deposit.

Unit must be booked by guest over 21 years old.

No loud music/noise. Volume should be restricted to acceptable indoor levels. Quiet hours are after 11pm inside and on the veranda.

Familiarize yourself with fire and safety evacuation exits and procedures

Any spills or damage shall be reported immediately; we understand mistakes happen, but would like to assist you with cleanup if necessary.

Guest who confirmed the reservation is the responsible party for any damages or fines incurred.

Return property to the state it was when you arrived

I just ask that you treat the house as if it were your own and please take your shoes off at the door and be considerate of the neighbors. Other than that just kick back and enjoy yourself and let me know how I can make it a 5 star stay.

The space
The penthouse condo is located on the top floor with elevator access and a very large private patio with beautiful city views! The main bedroom is outfitted with a large king bed and attached bathroom with double sink vanity, separate jacuzzi tub and walk in travertine shower.

The main entertainment space features a gourmet kitchen with large island, comfy living room with gas fireplace for those cold midwestern nights. The 8 chair dining table is perfect for all the family to gather around.

In addition the condo has 3 other bedrooms each with a queen bed an attached full bathroom.

This luxury penthouse is decked out in the highest quality finishes including marble, granite, travertine floors, custom cabinets and stainless steel appliances + wine coolers.

Neighborhood overview
This luxurious roof top penthouse is located atop the Summit Building, a boutique luxury building in the desirable Westside neighborhood with shady streets and great local restaurants. The Summit is walking distance to the Crossroads, Kaufman Performing Arts Center, and Power & Light KC and is located above the popular Chez Elle Creperie and Coffeehouse.

Some of the best places to eat in the neighborhood include Blue Bird Bistro & Ibis Bakery for breakfast, and West Side Local for dinner.
Getting around
Our place is about 20 minutes from KCI airport. We are only a couple minutes drive or a 20 minute walk to the Sprint Center, Union Station, Crown Center, KC Convention Center (only a 10 minute walk) and American Royal Center. 20 minutes to both the Royals and Chiefs stadiums in Kansas City, Mo. We are also about 30 minutes from the Kansas Race Track and Legends shopping area. Options to get around, if you do not have or rent a vehicle, are Uber, Lyft or Bird Scooters.
The Street Car is less than a mile away, which will take you between the River Market and Union Station.
